over-priced, cheap quality but work

Not the best quality wood or finish, as the sides easily scratch when putting next to other ClosetMaid products. We are talking no better than that Swiss company quality. So gave 3* for materials. They need better laminated wood in my opinion and are too pricey for the quality. As far as functionality and ease of build, they do well. Provided you don't have the edge of another Closetmaid product touch the side too much, you should have an ok organizer that does well for an upgrade in space in space gained, vice upgrade in quality.

Love my closet aid closet organizer

We bought 2 for our new house. These were to replace those horrible wire closet shelves and hangers in most homes. They were super easy to put together and look really high end. Our closet looks amazing now. Organized and tidy. Love it!

Q: Are the rods expandable on both sides so that the shelfs do not have to be directly in the middle of the closet? The closet i have has double sliding doors so I need something where the shelves cuold be on the right or the left of the centre.

A: Hello. The overall width with the rods is 25" for the tower and 30" for the rods at their smallest configuration, and 48" (76cm to 122cm) at their longest configuration. The rods are made of powder coated steel. Thank you for your inquiry.
