We have purchased 3 of these ClosetMaid Shelf Units, as we have stacked all of our extra sheets, towels, etc. in these units, which are located out-of-sight in our walk-in closet - VERY handy shelving units!!

Sturdy simple storage solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 3 shelf unit is a solid, no frills storage solution that does exactly what it’s meant to do. Assembly is straightforward and doesn’t take much time which is a big place if you’re setting it up solo. The shelf feels sturdy once installed and worked well with organizing clothes, shoes, bins, or household items.
I like how versatile the model rather design is it easily fits in the closet, laundry room or even a garage. You can add a rearrange the unit later if you need more storage to open design also make it easy to see everything at the glands. Keep it keep the space from feeling too heavier pokey if you’re going for a height and look or built and look this may not be it but it’s protocol for every day, organization and reliable overall it’s a good value for the price.

A: I’m not sure of the max weight. But it’s made of press board. I wouldn’t put anything but clothes on the shelves.

A: Not a definitive answer but my shelves hold books and stationery. Shelves are 1.5 cm (1.75") particle board so standard thickness for bookcases, kitchen cupboards, etc.
