Love, love the solar cap with its oriental flair. Looks classy day and night. Easy installation on top of my mailbox post. Only downside, if any, is there were no instructions about switching the switch inside to Auto instead of Off if you want it to light at night.

Q: Is this light plastic or glass?

A: The 5x5 Solar Post Cap is made of PVC Plastic and the lens are made from polycarbonate (plastic) as well.
