Defective Product

I purchased the bear chia pet for my grandson. We were incredibly disappointed when he opened the package and the bear was damaged. There was a large chip missing on one of the feet and the chip wasn't even in the box. The quality control on these is very poor and I wouldn't recommend buying. I wish I had opened the box in the store to check the item.
