    Poor Quality!

    I looked for a replacement First Fire 11 spark plug for my trimmer, but wasn't able to locate them so I checked with Staff, was told they no longer carried them. It took 'FOREVER' for clerk to determine In-Stock equivalent. It takes 5-7 pulls to get Trimmer started EACH time ( based on a day's useage ). I located a local competitor who stocked Firs Fire. FIRST pull and trimmer starts, after sitting unused for 36-hours. I kinda thought it was an inferior plug so I bought 6 at Competitor, and will be returning recently purchased one at Canadian Tire. I will begin going to THEM for my Seasonal purchases.
