The control panel includes 7 outlets like dual 120V GFCI 5-20R duplexes, making it easy to connect appliances and electronics. An 11-gallon fuel tank, circuit breakers and intelligauge with power meter provide added convenience. With the Champion backup generator, you'll have reliable home power when you need it.

great generator

i bought this generator because of how well built it is. motor is larger than most so its not gutting it constantly. always starts up. and on top of that it even comes with a battery. i was so glad i got this over other brand generators. engine has an actual oil and fuel filter. the 12000 watts will run everything i need it to and more. champion products have never let me down. the monitoring system is nice so you always know what its doing. highly recommend this.

Bought the Champion 201161 generator because of the ice storm in Mississippi. My county was hit hard and maybe weeks before electricity is restored they say. Bought this generator and love it. Running my house of of it. Love the electric start. No pulling cords. Good for an old man. Would highly recommend.

Man I hooked this big boy up 15000 starting watts 12000 running watts & and it ran my whole 1500 square foot house A/C one fridge one freezer well hot water heater lights throughout the house and three tv's. Champion generators are the best!

Q: I assume the battery must be stored inside during the winter? Do I need to buy a battery charger for when the battery is reinstalled from storage?

  • A: The battery works like a car battery. If it's not used for a long time it will die. Therefore, it's suggested to use a trickle charger to avoid having a dead battery
