Very poor crank handle

Bought this jack one week ago and thought I would test it on my car. Seems ok, lifted the car to full capacity. The crank handle is horrible, they should have made it one piece and not two piece. The jack it's selve was hard to crank as we're it was brand new I took a can of rust check and gave the moving parts a few good sprays for lubrication. It made the cranking process much more smooth.

Not the perfect solution but best option for BMW as no spare wheel , light and easy to store in trunk only 3 stars as it’s manual operation the cost was very reasonable and easy
