Q: I'm going to order one of these filters from Canadian Tire and based on the reviews no one seems to be happy with it recently. Have you ever addressed the previous issues that customers claimed?

Q: How do you know when it is time to replace the filter? eg. does it get discoloured e.g. red

A: Les filtres de ce type ont une durée de vie comprise entre 4 et 6 semaines dans des conditions normales. Si l'eau utilisée a une teneur en minéraux supérieure que normale, la durée de vie du filtre peut être inférieure car le filtre absorbe les minéraux.
