Absolute piece of junk. Didn't last the summer. I have a slight incline in my yard and the wheels couldn't handle the side weight of the mower and buckled.

I've never used an electric mower before so I was not sure what to expect. I've only used this one once since purchasing it so a review may be a bit premature but so far I'm impressed. My lawn was probably about 6 inches long and wet when I cut it and this mower handled it with no problem. Perhaps I'll revisit this review after I've used the mower a few more times.

Q: So I called the manufacturer website, this mower DOES NOT mulch. I was told I needed to buy a plug. There is no plug. It just doesnt mulch. Not sure why the Canadian Tire website says it does, and why nobody else picked up on it.

A: It can! Look at the manual and the plug is on the parts list. If you lost it, the plug is less than $4. Just phone the repair services...

Q: Does the 17" Certified 12A 2-in-1 mower (060-1919-6) mulch grass, or does it discharge clippings in clumps at the rear of the mower like the 14" model (060-1918-6) does? The recalled mower (replaced by the 14" model) offered great side-discharge mulching.

A: Rear. However, the blade is poor quality. After only 3 times mowing, the blade needs to be replaced

A: Any. I use a regular orange outdoor 75' cord. It doesn't have a ground so any cord will fit. There cover allows space for the grounded plugs to be used.

A: Yes it can..it's a 2 in 1..Mulcher/bagger. Only used it once so far but it does a great job and it's super quiet.

Q: The description says this is capable of mulching AND bagging. Was I missing a part or is the description wrong? This lawnmower does not appear to be able to mulch and I the description is misleading.
