Excellent skates, tough to break in but worth the little bit of foot discomfort, nothing like the leather Tacks from 50 years ago. Durable, light, spin on a dime type of skate, I'm very impressed with CCM's new technology. Bauer's never did fit my foot properly but Tacks always did. I was leery when buying my new Tack's on sale but CanTire came through again. I had to buy better insoles and after that everything was snug as a glove. Don't give up on the break-in, they do gradually loosen up and are great.
