Eats Batteries

I bought this twice figuring it was a problem with the original purchase. Nope. The longest I have had this work is 10 days before the batteries have to be replaced. Winter or summer.

Extremely disappointed

Since I bought this wireless doorbell, I've had to replace the batteries in the push button almost weekly. I'm not sure what the problem was so i purchased a replacement push button,then bought the plug in (electric) chime, to see if it would help. It did not improve anything. My advice is do NOT purchase this item unless you enjoy replacing your batteries every 10 to 14 days.

A: . Unfortunately, given the Carlon products have been discontinued for well over a year now it may be difficult for the customer to locate a Carlon push button in store and HeathCo buttons are not compatible. you may need to replace the doorbell battery or replace the button and chime unit.
