Ordered online and picked up at Heartland Store in Mississauga. Item was chipped and scratched. Returned it immediately to the store for a refund. Last one in stock.

The pot itself a nice white matte which is why I purchased it, however, the pot that I actually received was covered in black scuff marks, I also noticed when I got it home, that there was a chip on the rim as well. It was too much of a hassle to return, so I just faced the side with the chip against the wall and tried to “magic eraser” the marks off as best as I could…
