Lovely product, good quality. Heats up the room very quickly. Can adjust the heat. Heater will cut in and out to maintain adjusted heat. Very pleased.

We have had this unit for a little over 3 months now and we use it nightly!! Adds that little extra coziness and rustic charm to a room!! It is a perfect size for smaller areas and doesnt take up too much space!!! So happy we purchased this item. Would highly recommend it.

We got this a couple of weeks now and just love it ,it's the perfect size for our home.flames look realistic enough,we don't use it for the heat but it does give off plenty of it the only thing negative and some what disappointing is the actual colour of the stone much darker than the picture shows.

A: Kathryn, insert part # is SP1816-HE-FGPB, product dimension 480x 211 x 429.3mm (18.9" x 8.3" x 16.9") and Front panel dimension is 457 x 415mm (18" x 16.34").

Q: Does it have a timer to set hours; set the temperature and different levels of Flames? what is the highest temp it can go?

A: Anna, please refer to instruction manual for detail on settings. You can push the M (mode) button after on the unit to timer settings. It can set from 0.5H to 9H by use of Up and Down arrow buttons. Flame level is also push the M to Fx to set the flame brightness. The highest set temp is 86F or 30C.
