Q: what is the true colour - the main image is that "greyish brownish" colour (don't know if there's a name for it), but the other clickable photos look distinctly brown?

A: I purchased this unit and yes it is more grey-brown than brown. I like the colour as I am not a fan of anything brown.

Q: It says maximum weight 185lb, but I wonder if that refers to the total weight of items one could store. What I wonder is: if a person weighs less than 185lb, could they sit atop it to take off their boots?

A: You could sit on it but it isn’t at the right height for a bench. You cannot put that much weight on the shelves. They will break.

Q: Buyers: I like this colour but feel I may have difficulty selecting which bin/drawer would suit it best (probably easier to match the dark or white shelves but I prefer this one). Any opinions what might look good with the colour of the Fraser shelves?

A: I used pink ones but honestly any colour would look good. Maybe just avoid black which would be too harsh against the lighter wood colour. Navy, grey, white, beige, or lighter pastel colours would look best.

Q: What tools are required for assembly

A: The only required tool is an electric drill with an 1/8" drill bit. This is only used for the Wall Mount anti-tipping restraint step.
