Manufactured defect on the lamp shade material

There was a stain on the lamp shade. It is on manufactured defect on the material, because i have tried removing it multiple times with different technique still it does not come out or i will damage the shade permanently making it a hole. And it is very visible when you turned it on. QC/QA did not properly checked it
