Ceramic falling apart

1 year and the cement and tiles are falling apart and I can no longer use it. contacted customer service and they did nothing because I dont have a bill. i told them it was a house warming gift but they didnt care. Poor customer service.

DO NOT BUY THIS FIRETABLE

I encourage anyone looking to purchase this product or any Canvas product from Canadian Tire to do their research. I didn't read the review and purchased this fire table expecting a good quality product. Unfortunately it is the farthest from good quality. The grout started breaking just after the 1 year warranty and now my table is completely disintegrating underneath the tile on 25% of the table.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Outdoor gas fire table.

This is a terrible product, it did not last one winter even with a cover. The table ring disintegrated above and below. It was less than a year old.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Purchased in sale, excellent value even at the full price. It serves my purpose in my hot tub gazebo. I preheat the room during the winter for 10 minutes, Rooms 10 by 20 and the fire pit creeps it warm for winter hot tub use.

Q: The substance on the underside of the table (insulation perhaps?) is falling off, and the substance that holds the decorative tiles in place (mortar?) is breaking up making the tiles loose. What are these substances made of so I can repair the table?
