Replacement Canopy

Perhaps this is why CTC does not carry any replacement canopies for this product? I would be happy to purchase one our original and replacement lasted about 3 seasons each? I would like to know if CTC plans on having replacements in the future?

Replacement Canopy for Tulip Gazebo

We have already spent a fortune on purchasing this replacement canopy 3 times. Do not last longer than a year.We bought this gazebo 5 years ago and the original awning was better than the replacement awning. The fabrics looks cheap and thinner than the original. You better replace your whole gazebo rather than buy the the replacement canopy. Do not buy this product

Manufacturer production error

This product is 9'6" square not 10' as advertised. It will not fit a 10' gazebo. Canadian Tire is aware of the problem. All of CC tires 10' gazebos suffer from the same defect. Buyer beware.

Tulip gazebo canopy terrible product

I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought the replacement canopy. It would have been cheaper in the long run to buy a better quality product in the first place. It was more loose than the original one and the water really pooled in the material as it was loose. Quality of the material is terrible. It has ripped on three sides right along the seam.This is the third one I've bought and will have to get another one as the frame is still OK. This canopy didn't even last a month. Will definitely look elsewhere next year. Does the manufacturer never check the reviews of their product.? I guess they don't really care. What has happened to customer service.
