This material was very poorly perfprated so I jad to cut it by hand rather than simply tear it. Staples prodict tears better.

Q: Has anyone attempted to use this to seal window for cold draft?

A: It is much more cost efficient to use one of the various window kits available at Canadian Tire for the purpose of keeping out drafts. The bubble would provide a barrier, but there isn’t an effective way to seal it. It also would be more difficult to see through.
