J’ai acheter le mien grand confort mais faut toujours se réveiller pour le gonfler j’ai regardé s’il il n’y avait pas de fuite et par surprise aucune fuite!!!
The seems end up raising and the mattress with begin to get holes and leaks and even deflate without being able to find a cause.
Try another brand. This one just isn't worth it. I've repaired it twice in one week. It hasn't even been used frequently.

Slow Leak
Hello, I have had this mattress for about 3 years now and used it many times. Most times when I use it I find I have to refill it with air 2-3 times per night via the built in pump. I'm curious if anyone else knows for sure that there is a defect in this airbed or if multiple people on here and simply experiencing a slow leak?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great until it leaks...

Awesome matress when we first got it... bought second one. Within dozen uses both have leaks that are undetectable. Go to bed comfy, wake up on floor. Too bad, we did love them but not built well...

Handy to have, pretty comfortable

This air mattress has come in handy now for 2 moves when we didn't have a real bed. We've slept on it for weeks at a time and not thought twice about the fact that we were on an air mattress.
The best part is the built-in pump, which makes it so easy to inflate and one less thing to lug around. We didn't have any issues with leaking, maybe one quick top up a week. It stays firm, and because it's thicker than other air mattresses, you don't feel like you're sleeping on the floor.
The built in pillow is handy when you're moving, but I still think it's nice to have an actual one. My only complaint is that it can get kind of clammy and hot with the velvet-like material on top. I guess by nature air mattresses are not supposed to be breathable!

A: It seems to me that these reviews are mixed, but mine works fine, so I guess it really depends on which box you grab in the store.

Q: Not holding air
I purchased an air bed within the past year, and it has started losing air. I have gone over the air mattress and it does not appear to have any holes, and therefore I cannot figure out why it would be losing air. Could it possibly be a faulty valve where the air pump goes.

A: It depends on the environment. The valve can leak in a very dry room. It would be a very slow leak. Usually requiring half a minute to 'topup'. If the mattress deflates completely overnight then it is a major leak and most probably is a hole in the material somewhere.

Q: My new mattress has the pump installed in the pillow rather than at the feet. Is mine defective?
I have not inflated it yet as it may not be comfortable like this and I'll likely return it. It does not match the picture or the instruction pamphlet.

Q: Can I use a foot pump to inflate this air bed?

A: If you can find the right nozzle, but why not just use the AC pump? A foot pump is extra work on your part.

Q: air pump - can you use an external pump like coleman's?
we camp without electricity, can you use an external coleman pump that plugs into the car cigarette lighter to inflate this bed?
2 Answers
A: Easy and practical solution that I use is one of the small cigarette lighter 110 volt inverters. They're cheap to begin with, but keep your eye on the on line flyer, they come on at half price often. They have lots of power to run the built in pump, and that pump is over twice as fast as an external one. The built in one also deflates the bed, more thoroughly and faster than by hand.

Q: how to fold and put it back into original box queen size air mattress
11 years ago
1 Answer
A: Unfortunately there is no easy method to fold the airbed to put it back into the original packaging. The beds are machine-pressed at the factory to get the air out so it would be very difficult to replicate by hand.
