My chair fell apart

I used my chair for 2 summers and at the end of the 2014 season it fell apart. It no longer folds up easily, the poles get stuck throught the ring sliders. The pole on one side of the back rest came through the stitching so now the back rest falls down on one side with a pole sticking out. I paid extra for this chair hoping it would last a long time but it fell apart just like the cheap ones... I loved this chair at first, not sure if I will invest in another, perhaps if the price comes down on sale.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Chair for Big Men

PROS:
- I'm about 350lb, 5'11", and I sit very comfortably on this chair with lots of room for my butt and gut (in width and depth).
- It has one beverage holder and storage holder, wish it had more storage pockets for other things.
- It feels very sturdy, and I don't have any problems getting up. It sits higher than most camp chairs.
- No stupid logos/signage that indicates that this is a "big boy" or "heavy duty" chair.
- It feels like it will last for years, but again, I know nothing about Broadstone products, nor can I find any information about it via. Google.
CONS:
- It takes quite a bit of work to get the chair in and out of the storage bag. Wish it was a bit bigger so that it can easily be taken in and out.
- The strap on the storage bag is way too small for bigger folks to comfortably carry on their back. Please make the strap longer.
- Lacking more storage pockets, and more drink holders
All in all, I am happy with this purchase and will recommend it if you are looking for a very basic camp chair for big folks. If you are looking for something with more features, this will not suffice.

Q: Seat Dimensions? I know it was asked further up, and answered that the seat dimensions were: 19" x 18.75" x 21.5” But I am looking for just the seat dimensions .. more specifically how wide the seat is.

A: The seat dimension between the front legs is 18.75”. The fabric of the seat extends 2 inches beyond the inside of the leg on both sides of the chair.
