Terrible fit for dispenser

Super disappointed. I read the instructions beforehand and ordered this filter for our dispenser and it did not fit correctly. Water was clearly not being filtered and was just running right through the gaps. Didn’t have this problem with the other basic filter.

Filter Life Span is Misleading

I've used Brita standard filters for decades and never had a problem. These Elite filters are advertised to last 6 months but barely lasted 3 weeks. After the 3rd week, the filtration process slowed to barely a couple of drops an hour (probably just seepage). I tried all the tricks on the internet to get the filter to work again, but with no success. This is very disappointing to me for Brita to advertise these Elite filters in such a misleading way. Won't purchase again and I wish I could get my money back.

Le filtre est cher, et il est indiqué qu’il dure un certain temps, mais ce n’est pas vrai. Il dure environ la moitié de ce qui est annoncé et devient extrêmement lent, on dirait du sérum d’hôpital. Vous devriez être plus honnêtes, soit sur le prix, soit sur la durée réelle.

Bought this twice as it says it's for the dispenser. No way. it does not fit snug at all. I can't trust that it's fully filtering water. must only be meant for the pitcher despite the description.
