Doesn't work

I have programmed many, many digital timers and thermostats over the years from different vendors. Some have been easier than others but with instructions in hand, I usually was able to figure out how to program it successfully in 10-15 minutes or less. This Brinks product, in my opinion, simply does not work as advertised. Why waste your time trying to de-engineer a poorly designed product? I took the product back for a refund.

Good timer...A little tricky to set. I lost the instructions . I called Canadian Tire, they told me to call "Hampton Product" @1800 562-5625. They emailed me the instructions the same day.

Far too complicated set-up, disappointed

After spending a couple of hours trying to set and program the devive, I gave up. All I was able to do is set the day of the week and the time, but none of the 16 programs it offers. Unless you are a menber of the 'Geek Squad' get something simple to set. I am returning it tomorrow to see if they will take it back!
