Time will tell how the weather cover will last but works as it should through some ice and rain. There are some times that the plastic gets in the way of locking it so there is some adjustments on occasions. Great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you expect from a brink lock, with the added bonus of being weather resistant!! I needed a lock for my outdoor shed and when I came across this lock I could not pass it up ! It is easy to use and I am not worried about it especially during all this spring rain! Products like this just need to work, but also need to be quality. You can tell this is well made by the heft of the lock. From the looks of it, this brinks lock will be securing my shed for a very long time !

I had this padlock outside in rainy conditions and didn't run into any issues with rust or it not opening or closing withe ease. I love how protected it is.
