Q: Hey there. I have a 230v 30a industrial grinder. I’m wondering if this unit would have enough power to run it for a couple hours at a time.

A: 240V x 30A = 7200W, which is beyond this generator output. To determine what size generator to buy, measure the grinder current draw (under load) and also its start up (or inrush) load.
