Poor quality

I bought this product and had to return. Faulty choke and hose came loose on very first try. Very cheap plastic parts which disappointed . My previous Briggs and Stratton lasted forever and was a gem.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I just open my Pressure Washer, and I noticed on the gas engine surface. It have a big scuff mark ,this is a brand new Pressure Washer.

Fresh out of the box and repairs already required

I bought this yesterday, set it up as per the seemingly contradictory instructions. There were two sets, one in the box and one on the pressure washer, both had different information on how to start the pressure washer. Neither set worked. Followed the instructional video I found from the manufacturer, and it still would not start. I found some information on maintenance on pressure washers that don't start, and I suspect it's a faulty spark plug. Why am I having to do repairs on a brand new product the day of, if not the day after purchase. Returning for a different product, as this was only purchased due to the sale price being cheaper then my original choice

Great product, but after a year, hard to start.

This is my third year owning this product. It's powerful, and does a great job even though I had to purchase new nozzles.. The original ones, just didn't last. During the second year, the engine got harder and harder to start. I kept up with maintenance, storing it with stabilizer fluids. This year, not starting. I removed all fuel, rebuilt the carburator, noticed rust (or similar deposits) in the gas tank .. After 30 minutes of pulling that cord, I have ignition. Wish this thing had come with an electric starter .. Either way, I like it, but worried it won't last long.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I purchased this machine a few years ago did a few jobs with it loved it and didn’t store it properly this year and paid the price for it but for the time used it was amazing great machine.
