The Bosch CORE18V® 8 Ah High Power Battery delivers 50% more runtime and over 75% more power than the CORE18V® 4 Ah battery, powering high-demand applications. The GBA18V80 features two layers of enhanced 21700 cells for greater battery efficiency. The battery has Bosch-exclusive CoolPack™ 2.0 technology, which cools the battery faster and helps provide longer lifetime compared to Bosch 18V batteries without CoolPack™ 2.0. With its cutting-edge battery design – including copper end plates, power rails and a flexible circuit board – it offers reduced resistance and increased efficiency. It weighs only 2.14 Lbs., for the ideal balance of size, weight and power. It includes a charge-status Indicator with high resolution for clear visibility. This battery is engineered for 18V, and it's compatible with Bosch 18V tools. The GBA18V80 is optimized to drive Bosch PROFACTOR™ tools with BITURBO Brushless™ Technology, for power comparable to the most demanding corded tools. The battery is compatible with Bosch 18V chargers and the AMPShare™ System. The AMPShare™ System is a battery system designed to be multi-brand compatible across many cordless products to make managing your work day easier.
