Fake Product.
I used UV and UVC test strips and they did not change color, indicating that this does not emit UV light. I confirmed that the strips do work as they instan
tly changed color when exposed to the sun.
Also despite it indicating it consumes 5A, it only is 0.58A, further showing that this device is not what it claims to be.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: There is a cord included but you need a cube or outlet with a USB receiver to plug it into like a phone charger.

A: There is no way to visibly see that the phone has been sanitized. Lab tests were conducted to verify this.

Q: What does the red light on the charger indicator mean? This product is less than 2 weeks old. When I first plugged it in, the charger indicator light was blue. And now it's red. It's plugged in all the time.

A: The UV indicator light will be blue during the sanitization cycle. At other times the light will be red.

Q: How do you hook this unit up? The included cable has a USB-C plug on one end and a USB-A plug on the other end. 5V/3A wall chargers all have USB-C female receptacles. Do I have to buy a USB-C to USB-C cable?

A: Hi there, It should be powered by a USB adapter rated at 5V/3A such as Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 adapters which have a USB-A female receptacle.
