One package was open and product a bit dirty. Guy had the invoice taped over open package and I didn't see. Obviously the picker new and tried to.gide it.

Does not work out of the box.

Does not work out of the box. You need to purchase a 18w 120v wall adapter to make it work. Plugging it into a USB port only will not work. The blue light just turns on then off. Its not enough power to charge the phone. It also does not have a magnet so if the phone moves at all, it wont be alined to charge. Not ideal for a moving car.

A: No. It doesn’t look like that phone is capable of wireless charging. The Samsung website shows the models that are capable: Wireless Charging is supported on Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, Z Flip, Note10, Note10+, Fold, S10e, S10, S10+, Note9, S9, S9+, Note8, S8, S8+, S7, S7 edge, Note5, S6 edge+, S6 edge, and S6. Unless you are referring to the Note5, the Galaxy S5 is not listed. Hope that helps.

A: Our wireless charger can charge the mobile with the phone case as long as the phone case is not made of metal and the phone case thickness is less than 5mm. For pop socket, its collapsible thickness is around 8mm, which will not work with this wireless charger.
