Great Power Bank

These are fantastic! We take them backpacking with us. Two are lighter than taking one 20,000 mAh unit. I found them on clearance (and bought three) so even better! Bluehive products have worked great for me so far. They aren't waterproof though, so I do store them in a ziploc bag when camping.

Another Canadian Tire ....

I bought it because of the price, but till now, i can not use it because it switches of after a minute using. I charged it for 8 hours. It could be because I got no instruction, so there must be a secret for handeling, if not then it's just garbage. I would love to get a clean instruction!!!!!

Great power bank & price when on sale!

Absolutely works well we have 4 in the family and all of them work really well. I had mine fully charged and didn’t use it for 2 weeks and it was still full (4lights lite) and was still able to get a full charge plus had 2 lights lite after the full charge.

Q: How can you tell if it is off. The off and power button, only works for turning it on. Does it turn off automatically? Instructions are very vague.

A: One short press on the button to turn the 'remaining capacity lights' (4 = fully charged, 3= partially, etc). Two quick presses on that button turn the indicator function off.

Q: It says it has a 1A and a 2A output. If you just use one output, can you still get the full 10,000 mAh?

A: The 10,000Mah is the battery capacity, the 2.1a or 1a ports are the rate power is charged. The power bank will charge until depleted or the device you are charging is charged.

A: Powerbank input is DC 5V and will come with USB charging cable. you need a wall charger with USB output or other power devices with USB output to charge the power bank.
