This power bank can only half charge a iPhone, plus it takes mor than 3 hours to fully charge. I would not recommend this product.

A: This is a regular power bank which have high output power to support power delivery for laptops, tablets and smartphones etc. In product specification chart indicated “ Battery Required Quantities: 6” which means this power bank including 6pcs of 4,500mAh lithium-ion battery inside. Sorry for the confusion caused to you.

Q: how does this unit know what voltage it needs to put out? my laptop needs 12v not 20v

Q: No info about it online anywhere. Anything. that came with it long gone. Awesome til lately. Just about anything C- port is gone and can't fast charge at all. Getting it to charge is frustrating at times. Is there a way to get to get manual & reset it?
