Con - almost zero water pressure flowing through the filters and jets.

Q: Would this pump have the right connections for a Summer Waves pool?

A: Hi Tracy, You would have to purchase the pump that is compatible with the Summer Waves pools (https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/simple-set-pump-6-12-ft-0810192p.html#gs?loc=plp), and connect this hose to that pump. The hose is 1.25-1.5" in diameter which is compatible with the Summer Waves Simple-Set pump. Thank you,

Q: Does this need to be in direct sunlight? Or would it work if placed under the pool deck beside the pump?

A: The Blue Wave Solar Dome is powered by sunlight. So, yes the dome must be in the sunlight.
