Decent price if you’re not using it daily.

I have had this unit for roughly two (2) years. I can say that it has always been awkward. There is a “strong” button that seems to help and if you don’t use it the grounds will consistently overflow. It is messy. I want the full pot of coffee, but it processes 10 cups, then once it shares that it’s ready for drinking and you pick up the carafe, the remaining coffee drains out. We have gotten used to it, which isn’t what should happen. Pouring from the carafe is just messy. It’s a design flaw for sure. I am literally waiting for it to die so that I can buy a new one. It is less expensive than other coffee machines, and would be fine if you would not be using it daily. Oh and the cleaning process is literally going to take you hours. It takes a break in the middle of the process, half way through, then once it finally finishes you must run water through at least three(3) times. Definitely only doing that on the weekend. So it has lasted roughly two (2) years, which isn’t bad, but it is the only coffee unit I have ever wished would break or stop working. If you’re shopping for a coffee maker to use infrequently or you would like more stress in your morning, this is the machine for you!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not very pleased with this unit. Listed as 4 hr warmer, but I swear it doesn't even last 3 hrs. No way to reset the warmer unless u brew another pot. The coffee pot is terrible for pouring, a lot gets left on the countertop. Would not buy again.

  • A: Not really. This unit is for making a carafe of coffee. You can probably make only 2 cups but it is designed as a carafe unit. There are different units that one can buy to make a single cup or carafe of coffee within one machine.
