Mijoteuse de cuit plus!

J'ai acheté cette mijoteuse il y a environ 4 ans. Je l'ai utilisé seulement 3 fois. J'ai voulu l'utiliser en fin de semaine et malgré que tous les boutons semblent bien fonctionner, elle ne cuit pas! Je suis très déçue. Je croyais pourtant avoir fait un bon achat, mais je remarque que plusieurs personnes ont eu le même problème que moi.

Moi je suis déçu, j’ai acheter 15/09/18 au printemps prend ma mijoteuse pour un bon repas le soir et mon souper pas cuit, le soir lumières allumé mais ne chauffe plus

Junk!

Our kids bought this for us for Christmas, why, I’m not sure. I guess they thought it was time we replaced our 30+ year old Crock Pot (with simple knob control, off, low, high). Well this thing simply doesn’t cook. Beef stew in our old one, 5 hours on high, perfection. 8 hours in this thing, the carrots and potatoes are edible, but just barely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

Does not cook on low

This slow cooker does not cook food on low setting. After 7 hours meal was completely uncooked.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Don’t buy it! It doesn’t cook

I bought this unit a year ago. I should have read reviews first. This unit does not cook! After 12-14 hours food is not cooked. Don’t waste your money!

Q: What is the cooking temperature on high? It seems like every time I cook something like soup or sauce, it never boils like my old slow cooker did. Is this normal?

A: Thanks for your question. Slow cookers have heat settings that range from low to high. The way that the slow cooker works is similar to a burner on a gas stove. The settings do not correspond to a temperature; they correspond to the rate of heat output. Because the temperature settings work like a stovetop, we are unable to provide an actual temperature for the heat levels.

Q: Low temperature setting Hi, With this slow cooker if we leave the roast beef on low temperature for 8 hours, the meat will still be raw in the morning and browned just on the outside. I am questioning if this is defected product or if it is supposed to be like this?

A: The center of the roast beef should have been cooked all the way the through using a low setting. This model has a two year manufactures warranty.

Q: E3 the shuts down After about 5 minutes the slow cooker beeps shuts down and displays an error code E3. Why and how can I fix?
