    Excellent chainsaw

    I bought this with little expectations and it turned out to be a very good chainsaw. Cut trees I never thought it would. But get the larger ohm batteries.

    I've owned this saw for a few years. It's perfect for light jobs around the yard, pruning trees and cutting up the occasional fallen limb. Your not going to cut any serious amount of firewood, or fell anything bigger than a sapling, but that's not what this is made for.

    Taken down half a grove so far, my 1/3 acre suburban yard is overrun with “deferred maintenance” small trees. This saw is a treat, quiet and very effective! High quality chain, very sharp. Since I already had 20V Max tools and a half dozen batteries it makes sense, glad I didn’t go corded. This saw has plenty of power for my needs. When it starts to lag, get another battery. My only complaint is the chain Oiler, not enough on the chain but a lot on the back porch floor. Sent a query to Support, we need to address that. But in general, perfect for gardener/ homeowners who need some chainsaw, just not the hassle.

    If used it about a year and I have cut many trees thin and thick up to about 9+ ". So light weight I can use one hand in some hard to reach places. Would recommend getting a second battery or better yet get all b+d 20v tools I have blower drill edges trimmer so I have plenty of batterys.
