Too short

The toaster is too short. A standard sized slice of bread, no matter which way you rotate it, always comes out with one edge that is 0.5"-0.75" not toasted at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Wide but not long enough

Toaster works fine. While the slots are wide enough for thick slices or bagels, they are not long enough to turn bread sideways. Long bread can only be toasted by removing the slice and turning it 180 degrees. Middle of toast is then cooked more than the ends. Buy shorter bread, or get a different toaster.

I like it, however, that the buttons are loose and will not stay on the settings set first thing. We have had numerous toasters over the years and the settings button was always tighter than these ones are and it just causes problems when you are trying to toast your toast and you have to put it in for a second time.
