Connecteurs/Surement la cause de tout

j'ai la mienne depuis novembre 2015..Elle allait plutôt bien, quoi qu' intermittante des fois, selon ma femme..aujourd'hui, elle ne fonctionnait plus...Panique dans la cuisine, avec les pilons de poulet prêts à frire....J'ai mis mon habit de Mr. Bricole pour porter secours à ma conjointe...Débranché le tout et enlevé le panier pour réaliser que tous les problèmes viennent du système de connecteurs mâle femelle.. un des cotés de connections mâles est déjà tout noircit(à force des arcs élecriques produits vu sa faiblesse de connection ferme) et on vois la traînée de boucane qu'il a laissé sur le dos du panier. Dans le boitier, la connection femelle correspondant à celle-ci est aussi mal en point et a rélargie tellement elle a reçue des arcs électriques. Pour l'instant j'ai du sabler les connections pour lui permettre de fonctionner pour sauver le souper...je vais aller me la faire remplacer, car elle a seulement quatre mois. j'espère que la suivante ne fera pas la même chose.

Je me sens stupide d'avoir acheté cette friteuse. Elle est immense par rapport à son panier minuscule. Il y a de la condensation qui se fait sur le couvert, ce qui fait tomber de l'eau dans l'huile.... Ridicule. Continuer votre chemin, à éviter.

Q: Comment on fait pour enlevé le couvercle? Je viens de m'acheter cette friteuse, il disse qu'on n'a juste a levé le couvercle puis le lever il s'enlève mais moi je ne suis pas capable, le spring reste comme prit. Aider moi SVP

A: Sous le bol, vous devez avoir les 2 connecteurs d'alimentation mais aussi entre les deux une petite tige de metal plus longue que les connecteurs. Quand vous inserez le bol, il faut l'inserer droit et la tige dans le milieu ouvrira la protection dans la friteuse pour que les connecteurs s'insere. A la premiere utilisation, je croyait que le bol n'etait pas correctement inserer, mais apres 3-4 tentatives, on comprend le fonctionnement.
