Q: What is the product number, and if any what accessories are included ?
12 years agoA: The Can Tire responder is incorrect. This is indeed the 66E1-C. I understand it is a newer model. It comes with the 3" and crevice tools. The 4" stair tool is available separately from Bissell.

Q: Can this product clean sealed hardwood floors safely?
9 years agoA: I would not use it to clean anything but carpets as I would be worried about scratching wood floors with it. I own a very similar unit and would not use it for that purpose.

Q: Can I use this machine to a microsuede sofa?
11 years agoA: You can, I do it all the time. You can't spot clean though, it will leave a water mark when it dries. Every surface must get wet and dry at the same time. It dries stiff, but the couch softens up after a day of use. Obviously test a spot you can't see, like the side or back before doing the entire sofa.

Q: What is the maximum water temperature this machine can handle? The hotwater in our house is insanely hot.- all of our taps have scald protection except the laundry tub, which is where I would fill this. The hotter the better I figure, even so I don't want to damage the machine.
9 years agoA: Water up to 140F degrees and no higher should be put into the bladder. Do not put boiling or microwaved water into the clean tank.
