Q: Where can replacement parts be purchased? Canadian Tire does not list any replacement parts on their website,

Q: Does this vacuum have a power head?
10 years agoA: Yes, I suppose you could say it does. Bissell calls it the "Power Foot." Whether or not it works might be the question to ask instead. Mine had no suction at all and that is why I am returning it.

Q: 3 questions: what is the weight and what is the air watts and what is the cord length? i have a dyson and hope it compares.
11 years agoA: I measure the cord to be 22ft from tip to base. Don't know the power, it's not listed anywhere in the manual or on the box. the weight is 12lbs and the hose is 5ft. The extended stem to the brush unit is another 5ft. I've never tried a Dyson as the cost was always above me but I can vouch for this unit. Amazing.

Q: Are there replacement filters? We find after 1 year of use the suction is not what it used to be. I'm wondering if changing the filter would make a difference?
9 years agoA: Hi axallen - new filters will definitely help but they may just need to be washed. Try washing them with warm water and a mild detergent then letting the filters dry. If you're still experiencing poor suction with the clean filters, replacing them can help or we might have a clog in the hose that needs to be removed. New filters can be ordered directly from BISSELL online or by giving us a call at 1-800-263-2535.

11 years agoA: The Professional Canister is 12 AMPS. It comes with a motorized PowerHead as well as a straight air foot for hard surfaces.
