What happened

I bought this model years ago when it first came out and it was amazing. It lasted years. I have had this a few weeks and it is a very over priced piece of junk. It doesn't spray properly. It stops sucking up any liquid on the floor even if it's not full. Sooo terribly disappointed i put the money out on this.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this Pet Pro Multi Surface just hoping to make cleaning floors a lot easier. I now figured out I should have purchased Crosswave HydroSteam Plus. I have 3 dogs so I do have to vaccuum first before using the crosswave. I was hoping to avoid this extra step.

I bought this in hopes of totally replacing my standard mop. I have a toddler and a dog so it’s nice to have a suction vacuum that’s also cleaning the floor with solution.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My wife loves it! We have a 8-year-old custom built home with about 5,000 square feet of hardwood flooring. We have two large canines, so dirt gets dragged in!! The process of scrubbing and cleaning the rollers is simple!
