Q: Why can't I search for replacement filter by its part name as per user manual? The filter names for Bionaire BAP925-CN model are 1230H and A1260C but your site doesn't mention the manufacturer's spec, it has its own name... how are we supposed to know which filter will fit our air purifier ?

A: Hi Mike! Thank you for contacting Bionaire. We understand that you want to know the respective filter for the air purifier with model number BAP925CN. We are more than willing to check this for you. The HEPA filter part number is A1230H or HAPF600, while the carbon filter is part number A1260C. These are the only part numbers that should be used when searching for the filters online, then put the word "Holmes". If you are unable to find these filters, you may reach us directly through the Contact Us section on our website so that we can check alternatives for you. Have a nice day!
