Falling apart right out of the box

Falling apart right out of the box. The glue that is supposed to hold them together is not doing it's job. I like to stick with OEM parts but there's seen to be complete junk.

None of the companies you link to sell the HAPF30AT that fits the HAP9425 purifier that is less than two years old. Where am I supposed to buy any?
