Junk leaking fluid after 10 uses

Bought this jack for my truck. have performed several tire changes but now after 2 years it is lraking hydraulic fluid. Get what you pay for. Cheap!

Q: Do you need axle stands or can it hold the weight while changing tires?

  • A: Always use axle stands after jacking up your vehicle with a mechanical jack. If you want to save money, and you're not changing wheels (i.e., for oil changes) you can use ramps instead (i.e. item number 009-1561-0 ), but I think having a jack is more versatile for a variety of scenarios (i.e., oil changes and working on wheels, brakes, etc.) and therefore worth the extra money.

Q: I can’t get this jack to work. I just bought it and it won’t pump up. It just keeps sagging back down.  I added more fluid and tried purging the air the way the manual said but it still doesn’t work.
