Horrible - Don't buy!

This pool seemed too good to be true. The set up was easy but we couldn't even full it to the maximum water without the sides caving in. So we left it less full, and then after a few days the sides totally caved in and it all poured out one side of the pool. Horrible pool. Luckily Canadian tire gave us store credit! So disappointed in this product, but very happy with Canadian tire customer service.

It overflows and empties so easily!

There is something funky about this pool, it is easy to set up and a nice size for little kids(note: not three feet deep, three feet total height). But, as others have noted, it overflows with the slightest pressure on the rim, it dumped three times in 5 days, taking my daughter over the edge with it one time! What a mess!

Bought this pool, it was easy set up and very convient but the pool quickly stinks and the inflation became deflated a few days after purchase.

These pools are quick and easy to set up. Filter isn't quite strong enough to keep it clean so be sure to buy the cover and put on every night. If you live in an area with animals or have pets you should build an enclosure to protect the top, blow-up ring as it is very easy to pierce.

Q: How deep is the pool? I know it's 36", but is that to the very top, or to the bottom of the air ring?

A: The air ring is about 12" round so the depth of the pool is only 24"

Q: Can a cover and accessory kit/maintenance kit be purchased. I noticed on the larger pool up 18 ft that it comes with a cover,ladder,DVD, and maintenance kit. Does this pool come with any of these or do they have to purchased separately? Do they have codes?

Q: Can i convert this to salt water? Can this pool be converted to a salt water pool?

A: The salt water chlorinator can only be hooked up to a pump 800 gal per hour or higher. This pool comes with a 530gal pump. You can purchase the 800 gal pump item # 81-3167 and then you can attach the salt water chlorinator to this which is item # 81-3777
