Q: I just purchased a pair of these. Right after I took them out of the package I thought I would test them by blowing into them. When I did only one made a whistle the other appeared to nothing. I have not mounted them on the car as of yet but was wondering

A: READ instructions!!! one is open (you can see through it ) and other is closed---- the open one goes on the drivers side.
