Bell and Howell As Seen On TV QuadBurst Multi-Directional LED Light

Great amount of light but it is a replacement for the first one that only lasted about 2.5 years.

I’d rate no stars if possible because I did not keep the item once I realized them are selling the incorrect product for what they have listed. What they have posted online is not what they provide when purchased and I discussed this with the MANAGER! He say Oops they posted the wrong picture. EVERY picture is the wrong picture, they are selling a different light than the picture shows! NOT ONLY the picture but under specifications it lists the incorrect item…the specifications are for the item in the picture which includes the part number under specifications. I LITERALLY took the item out of the box, told the manager to look for the part number under specifications…DOES NOT match the item they are selling but it does match the pictures. The MANAGER says to me so you bought the wrong light. NO, that is not the issue, YOU ARE SELLING the incorrect item for what you have listed!! This is not a consumer error this is a store purchaser or receiving error but he could not comprehend what is was explaining. The MANAGER once again says you bought the wrong light; I said no that is NOT what occurred. I realized it was a waste of time continuing a conversation with a store MANAGER who did have the capacity to understand where the error occurred, which is an advertisement for the condition that this store has become. I was at the store 10 mins before it opened that morning in order to purchase the light in person before I headed out of town (to a different city where I could have purchased the item at MULTIPLE places); once the store opened the staff didn’t have a CLUE where the item was because it wasn’t at the location listed. I waited for close to 30mins while they looked and I was the ONLY customer in the store. I left because I needed to get on the road before it got to late, ordering it as an online purchase and I would pick it up when I got back to town which would allow them a chance to find it. As I get back to town I stop at the store to pick it up; lo and behold it’s the completely wrong item for what they have listed online. I never even left the building and opened the box in front of the manager, after he continued to tell me that it was my issue that I bought the wrong light. Sounds good MANAGER, blame the customer because that AMAZING when I have just showed you that the part number online is not the part number of what you are selling…YOUR store is selling the wrong light!!

This light sure makes a difference. When this was put in my laundry room I could not believe the difference it made. I am impressed.

Worked great for 18 months now it's practically dead. It was used sparingly in our garage (which gets quite cold in winter). Only one of the four panels currently puts out a meagre amount of light at this point so it's useless after less than 2 years of low use. I'm not sure I'll buy another to replace it.
