Q: Looking to relace the ball joints in my 2002 NISSAN Pathfinder SE. Do these fit? Thank you!

    1 Answer
    • A: Hi There, Yes, the PRO-SERIES OE+ Ball Joint - Front will fit your vehicle. Please be sure to use the vehicle configurator by entering your year/make/model. This will tell you if the part will fit your vehicle and allow you to 'add to cart' to purchase. Also, as the product page recommends, you will need to order 2 if you plan to replace the front ball joints for both sides of your vehicle.

Q: 1990 Dodge D150, what size castle nut with thread size comes with the lower ball joint? Mine is stripped but no hardware store has the size I need

    • A: Hi, thank you for your question. To accurately answer your question I would need to know if you vehicle is either AWD or RWD. I've provided both options below regardless of your vehicle's drive-type. This would be for a front lower ball joint, 1/2 ton. The kits include the ball joint, nut, retaining ring & zerk fitting. AWD Option 022-7530 B8195XL Stud Thread Diameter: 20 Stud Type: Taper Thread Pitch: 1.5 RWD Options 022-7656 B7025 Stud Thread Diameter: 11/16" Stud Type: Taper Thread Pitch: 18

Q: Picture looks nothing like the one that came off my matrix. Is this just a generic ball joint picture that's displayed?

    1 Answer
    • A: Hi, thank you for your question. We do our best to ensure that we have Sku/Part specific images posted online, however in some cases a generic sample photo is used. If you used the ‘Vehicle Selector’ tool on our website and it returned a result for your specific vehicle you should have the correct part. Also, if you would like to confirm before making a purchase, if you provide us with your vehicle's Year, Make, Model (and ball-joint position needed) we can confirm the correct Sku/Part # you will need.

Q: Are these ball joints already greased.

    1 Answer
    • A: Yes, Pro Series OE Chassis components are pre-greased with high-quality lithium-based grease that maintains its viscosity over the extreme hot and cold temperature changes that we experience in Canada. The sealed boots ensure that the part remains maintenance free and lubed-for-life.

Q: I purchased the Pro Series OE+ lower ball joints for a 1983 Olds cutlass calais. Grease fittings were enclosed, but there are no dust/grease boots with the ball joints. Are the boots no longer required? (Numbers on the box: 022-7 812-4 10277 BU920 65xL)

    1 Answer
    • A: Hi Mike, Our recommendation would be to look up BJ92065XL on the Dorman website (https://www.dormanproducts.com/) and if what you received in the box doesn’t match, just return it and get the correct piece. If it does match but there is no boot, then that should also be returned as it should have come with a boot.

Q: Can you explain you lifetime exchange warranty on suspension parts?

    1 Answer
    • A: The warranty will cover the cost of the replacement part for as long as the customer owns the vehicle for which the part was originally purchased. Labour will be charged extra as it is not covered by the lifetime warranty.
