New Alloy RIM purchase

I ordered new RIMS online and picked them up at the store. They were packaged in 4 large boxes. I asked if there was a dolly/cart available to get them out to the car. The only cart available was a shopping cart. Only two boxes fitted, and not well. No help was offered to bring them outside. The boxes were just stacked by the counter it was clearly up to me. I made two trips. Getting the cart through two service doors and controlled gate was a challenge. Two service staff were seated, could see the difficulty, and did not offer help. Perhaps I should have asked for curb pick up. Overall very poor customer experience.
