3 years agoA: The surface temperature heats up to around 46℃ in the beginning 20 minutes. We suggest current not less than 2A. Otherwise, the heating effect may not good.

Q: I purchased a USB heated cushion. It says a full charge heats for up to 6 hours. How do you turn it on when you want to use it?
5 years agoA: SKU#0184 HAVEN'T power storage function, and the working hours are estimated by a fully charged 10000mAh power bank (Not included). You can plug the USB to power bank directly.No on/off switch for this item.And you can feel warm around in 3 minitues.Thank you.

Q: The Heated USB seat cushion. It has not controls and doesn't seem to be heating up after 2 hours? How do we know if it is working. thanks
5 years agoA: Firstly pls kindly use the power supply that can output current to the seat cushion above 2 Amp to ensure the maximum heating power. If the input current of seat cushion is less than 2 Amp, it may not be heating up. Pls use the wall charger with 2A output or above to supply power to seat cushion again, if it can be heating up, then it means the seat cushion is working. For your information, there has the thermostat inside the seat cushion which is able to control the temperature in the reasonable range, so sometime cool down means the temperature switch is working.

Q: How long does it take to fully charge before I can use it?
6 years agoA: This product is not include the battery but powered by all power sources with 5V USB outlet. Here we give you an idea, for example the heating cushion can work around 6 hours if you use one power bank with capacity in 10,000mAh and with fully charge.

6 years agoA: 1.This product is not include battery. It is powered by 5V USB power equipment (such as computer, power bank or 5V charger). Suggest current not less than 2A. Otherwise, the heating effect maybe not good. 2.There is no on/off switch on the product, it does work when you plug, which include one thermostat inside. The power will be cut out when reach to the temperature. The below graph is surface temperature in different time. At the beginning, the temperature heat up to around 46℃ in 20 minutes and then circle in 10 minutes.

Q: Yeah, how many hours do you have to wait for this thing to produce more than negligible heat when plugged into a wall socket with usb adaptor? I can't imagine plugging it into a usb battery pack would be any better. Underwhelmed.
