Very disappointed

I bought 2 of these and neither one worked, so they`ll be returned this Friday. I thought they might get their energy from the sun, so I put them in a sunny spot. This did no good either. Usually the products I buy at Can. Tire work - but not in this case. Needless to say, I`m not a happy camper.
