The same thing happened to me as did to other reviewers here. Worked like a charm 3 or 4 times and then would not recharge. Such a waste as you cannot just replace the charging piece.

Stopped charging after a few uses

Unit worked great at the beginning but it stopped charging in full after a few uses. It will still turn on but the spin is very weak, similar to when the unit is lowbatt.

Recharge Issues

I loved this product. It worked so well and I was absolutely pleased. Plugged it in and it charged right up and was powerful, saving my back and knees from painful work. Next time again it charged right up. The third time I went to charge it up, it would not accept a charge. The light stayed on orange. It would not work. Sorry I bought it.

Works like a Dream!

I bought it yesterday...charged it overnight to use on my bathroom floor...it has 1 inch white tiles...crazy decision when I remodeled..I know. Cleaning was hard work on my 70 year old knees for sure. Today I stood up...and cleaned the whole floor even the rust stains behind the toilet in less than one charge. The grout is white again! I used the pointed brush for the edges and tight spoys and the big brush for the rest... I love it! I recommend this for sure.
